Alumni
The Vijaya College Alumni Association in an ever growing community of hundreds of students. The association serves as a platform to keep the college connected with its ever growing student community. Interaction between the present and former students witnesses knowledge and experience sharing. The alumni are involved in equipping the students for placements by regular interaction, training and organization of job fairs in the college campus. Some of the alumni are also involved in organising, assisting and conducting the extra-curricular activities in the college.

Vijaya College, Jayanagar, erstwhile BHS First Grade College took its genesis in July 1989 under the BHS Managing Committee's(now BHS Higher Education Society) holistic awning. What ideated in 1988 germinated and took form in 1989 as BHS First Grade College.
The college motto 'Excellence in education' shines bright with the students' achievements in academics and extracurricular activities. With a humble inception, brick by brick the institution set out to add value to education and purpose to the courses offered. The college offers about 12 courses in the three faculties- Humanities, Commerce and Management and Science.
